As one of the most influential music groups of our time, BTS has inspired millions with their artistry, storytelling, and innovation. But what happens when you take that inspiration and turn it into something tangible? Well, that’s exactly what I’m about to do.
The Project
Starting February 10, I’ll be crocheting album covers for every single BTS album. Yes, every one of them! From their early days with 2 Cool 4 Skool to their iconic Map of the Soul series, each cover will be reimagined in yarn and color, showcasing their artistic evolution, album themes, and the magic they’ve brought to the world.
Why BTS?
BTS’s music represents so much, creativity, connection, and resilience. This project is my way of celebrating their artistry, their passion, and showing how music can inspire other forms of creativity. The visual storytelling in their album covers is just as powerful as their lyrics, and I’m excited to bring that vision to life through crochet.
While Neon Songstress celebrates the powerful women who have shaped music through the decades, I’m branching out a bit for this special crochet project. BTS has been one of the most influential groups in modern music, and their artistry deserves to be celebrated in every form. This project will bring their amazing album covers to life through crochet, showing how creativity transcends genre and gender.

Follow along as I start this journey, one stitch at a time. I’ll be kicking off the project this Monday with my full material list, project overview, and BTS Spotify playlist. I’d love for you to join me in celebrating BTS’s music and the art of crochet!
